  • 1/2cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2cup cold butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
  • 2/3cup quick-cooking oats


  • Oven should be heated to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine cinnamon and caramel topping in a large basin by stirring well. Add the apples and stir until coated evenly. Spread in a 2-quart square glass baking dish that has not been oiled.
  • Combine the brown sugar and 2/3 cup of flour in the same bowl.   • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

Homemade Caramel Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla
  • Pinch of Salt


Apple Filling

  1. Combine the apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, vanilla, and orange juice or apple cider in a sizable basin. Gently stir everything together.
  2. Fill a greased 9 1/2-inch deep-dish pie pan or 9-inch square baking dish with the mixture (including juices).

Crumb Topping

  1. Combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt to make the topping.
  2. Melted butter should be added, then combined.
  3. Crumble the mixture over the apples with your fingertips.
  4. Apply cooking spray to a sheet of foil and drape it loosely over the baking dish.

  • 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled then thinly sliced
  • 4 teaspoons + 1/4 cup gluten-free flour baking blend, divided
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup certified gluten-free old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped Fisher Nuts Pecans
  • dash of salt
  • 6 Tablespoons butter, cut into pats
  • For the Easy Caramel Sauce (makes 1 cup):
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup half and half
    • 4 Tablespoons butter
    • dash of salt
    • 1 Tablespoon vanilla


  1. In a small, heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium-low heat, combine all of the ingredients for the Easy Caramel Sauce, excluding the vanilla. After adding the vanilla, whisk carefully for one additional minute to thicken the caramel once more. Remove from heat and allow to gently cool. Caramel sauce can be prepared in advance; simply let it cool a little and then pour it into a mason jar with a funnel. Before using, reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. Spray a medium-sized baking dish (such as an 8×8″ or 10×7″) with nonstick spray after preheating the oven to 375 degrees. Slices of apple should be added to a big bowl, then they should be properly coated with cinnamon and 4 teaspoons of flour. How To Make Apple Cobbler

Prepare the apples.

  • One tablespoon of butter should be used to generously grease a 9″x13″ baking dish.
  • Apples should be peeled, cored, and chopped into 1/2″-sized pieces.
  • To stop the apple pieces from browning while I peel and chop, I like to add them to a large bowl that has been filled with water and half a lemon’s juice. However, this step is completely optional.
  • If using the method described above, place the apples in a large bowl, add fresh lemon juice, and toss to combine.
  • Toss to evenly coat the remaining ingredients (both sugars, corn starch, and spices).
  • Place apples in the baking dish that has been prepared.

Prepare the cobbler topping.

  • Turn on the 375°F oven. Add the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt to a big basin. Stir, then put aside.
  • Melt the butter in a second big bowl using a microwave.
  • Whip together the melted butter after adding the milk, egg, and vanilla.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients basin, stirring gently just long enough to mix everything. Avoid overmixing.
  • Spread the batter as needed, although it doesn’t have to be flawless, on top of the apple-filled baking dish.
