Boysenberry Cobbler Mix, one of my favorite boysenberry desserts, is available at the Berry Market. Both a can of boysenberries and a package of Boysenberry Cobbler mix should be bought. HOW TO MAKE BOYSENBERRY COBBLER

Even your children can enjoy cooking this recipe with you because it’s so simple to prepare. Boysenberry Cobbler Mix, canned boysenberries, one egg, and melted 1/2 cup butter are all you need.

To begin, preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Next, you must use non-stick spray to coat a 9 x 9″ baking dish.

One egg should be whisked in another basin.

After that, blend in the softened butter.

Add the dry cobbler mix after combining the egg and butter.

The ingredients should be thoroughly combined to form a thick dough. It’s acceptable if it’s a touch more crumbly or thick. Both methods will work with the dough.

Pour the boysenberries from the can into the baking dish. Don’t let them go dry. The liquid creates the ideal cobbler mixture.

Now distribute evenly sized spoonfuls of the dough mixture over the boysenberries. The combination can be a little bit more moist than what is depicted above.

Place in the oven and bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 375 degrees. The boysenberries should be bouncy and the edges should be golden brown. Before eating, allow it cool for at least 10 minutes.

The boysenberry cobbler is delicious both on its own and with vanilla ice cream. Because the ice cream melts and blends with the warm cobbler, this is how I prefer to eat it. I particularly enjoy the contrast between the sweet, crunchy cobbler mixture and the mushy boysenberries.

The best time of year to enjoy this dessert is at a summer party or outdoor BBQ. Your guests will be impressed because it’s simple to prepare. Get a few sets so you can be prepared!
