Maple Rosemary Grilled Chicken - Truly the best grilled chicken ever! It's wonderfully sweet and savory with just so much flavor with the simplest marinade!

Good morning!

Since Saturday night, Butters and I have not gotten off the couch.

Because last weekend was our first-ever So Cal Corgi Beach Day, guys!

It was… ESPIC. Real epic. There were a ton of corgis, including young ones and one in a wheelchair decked out in a cape and sunglasses.

I essentially wanted to bring every corgi home.

But do not fret. Not me.

Maple Rosemary Grilled Chicken - Truly the best grilled chicken ever! It's wonderfully sweet and savory with just so much flavor with the simplest marinade!

Instead, I barbecued a ton of chicken breasts when I got home.

Nevertheless, not any chicken breasts.

I used the finest marinade ever and soaked them to death!

A few things from your pantry will do.

I’m done now. Put them on the grill after marinating them.

Serve with vegetables, in quesadillas, or even for breakfast with some scrambled eggs. This summer, it’ll be a major staple in your home!

  1. Combine the maple syrup, soy sauce, shallot, rosemary, lemon juice, Dijon, and garlic in a small bowl. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

However, not all maple syrup is made equally. Make sure to use high-quality maple syrup when making this sweet and delicious chicken meal. If you can, go organic.

Look for maple syrups that are preferably entirely natural and don’t include a lot of processed sugar (minimally processed).

If you dislike maple syrup, try honey instead!

The following tips will help to ensure the Maple Glazed Garlic Chicken comes out perfectly, every single time:
