  1. I made the spicy baby tomato and pepper chutney. I had to make adjustment for the available ingredients in my kitchen. I substituted haha hero sauce for the red pepper flakes, I purchased one with haha ark peppers as the first ingredient. Next used balsamic vinegar vinegar for the cider vinegar band honey for the sugar. The chutney is fantastic. I also did not use hot jars, instead placed it in the freezer. Shared it with family and it was a great hit. I have used it with many dishes, as I really enjoyed it. My sister wants to use the recipe as a Christmas present this year.
