We’ve officially made it to the last full month of summer. With the arrival of August, this means that lots of kids are are going back to school soon and even if the calendar (and the weather) says it’s still summer, I know that summer is winding down for many of you.

If you have access to a pool, now is a great time to plan one last pool party. It’s a great way to end the summer and there’s no better way to celebrate summer than splashing and having fun in the pool.

Of course, you can’t call it a summer pool party if you don’t have food. That’s where this post comes in. I’ve collaborated with a bunch of my food blogging friends to put together a full list of easy summer pool party menu ideas. This list includes appetizers, salads, side dishes, main dishes, drinks and, of course, DESSERT! And, you’ll be happy to know that all of these recipes are easy to make.
