I’m a fan of simple dinners for all sorts of reasons. This page is my best shot at making good simple dinners. I don’t like complicated recipes. I want food that is fresh and tastes great, and really easy to make.

Even though I love cooking and experimenting in the kitchen, sometimes I just want a simple dinner that doesn’t take a lot of effort. That’s why I’ve compiled my own list of 15 good simple dinners.
