How To Lose Weight With Herbalife
Set achievable goals in a reasonable amount of time! No, Nancy you can’t lose 100 pounds in two days! It is just not possible! Set a goal that you can achieve in a timeframe that is something you can actually achieve it in. Again Nancy (if you are reading this and your name is Nancy, I am not picking on you – promise) . It will just not happen, sorry!
Set a goal of lets say losing 100 pounds by December 31, 2022. Now lets break that down into smaller less scary goals. In order to lose 100 pounds in 12 months you will need to be losing 8.3 pounds a month. Or even you wanted to break it down even further it’s 1.92 pounds a week! Now doesn’t that sound a lot less scarier?
Set your big goal and then set smaller goals. This is a lesson I learned from my grandma, she would only focus on losing 5 pounds at a time until she reached her goal weight.
