  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 x 1.4kg Coles Brand small whole fresh chickens, from the meat department

  • Step 1Heat the oven to 200°C or 180°F with a fan. Wash and pat dry the birds.
